Job Summary

The People & Talent Systems Manager will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and optimizing our People and Talent management systems. This volunteer position will focus on streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to support our organization's growth and enhance the employee experience at The Lucky Foundation.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage People and Talent management systems, ensuring they meet the Foundation's needs
  • Configure and maintain employee data, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding processes
  • Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making in People and other departments
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system security, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Train staff on People and Talent management systems usage and best practices
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Stay current with People technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Support the implementation of People initiatives and programs through effective use of technology
  • All other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with People and Talent management systems
  • Strong knowledge of People processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus
  • Passion for The Lucky Foundation's mission
