What you’ll do:
Serve as the Workday subject matter expert with a focus on Performance Management, including configuration, cycle execution, and ongoing enhancements
Provide production support across the People Technology stack, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Assist partners with Workday custom reports and dashboards, with a focus on performance, goals, and talent insights
Support and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms as needed
Provide system functional support and optimization services, improving adoption and usability
Track projects and tickets in Jira, ensuring timely and accurate delivery against commitments
Partner with leaders to drive adoption of performance management tools and best practices through training and resources
Support other Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, HCM, etc.) while ensuring performance management remains a central priority
Experience you’ll bring:
Strongly prefer candidates with experience supporting Workday Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation
Proven ability to translate performance management best practices into system solutions that improve adoption and outcomes
Analytical skills to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and drive user adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business preferred but not required
At least 3 years of Workday experience across multiple modules, with strong exposure to performance management processes
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $83,800 - $116,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
