The People Solutions Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing AI-enabled and automated operational and analytical solutions that improve how the People team operates. This role combines analytical execution, artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence to create scalable tools, workflows, and capabilities that increase productivity, efficiency, improve consistency, and enable better-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate is technology-forward problem solver who is curious, adaptable, and energized by designing and building practical solutions. This individual should be comfortable moving between problem discovery, structured analysis, workflow design, solution development, testing, and implementation across a varied portfolio of work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

AI Solutions and Enablement:

  • Develop AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the People function.

  • Partner with People team stakeholders to understand business processes, evaluate where AI can create meaningful value, and translate identified needs into practical solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve quality, strengthen controls, and create more repeatable ways of working through AI and automation.

  • Own solutions from discovery and prototyping through testing, deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and enhance solutions using approved enterprise tools, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and platform-native AI capabilities within Workday, Spiff, and other People technologies.

  • Build repeatable AI workflows, prompt structures, templates, assistants, and frameworks that can be adopted across teams and use cases.

  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications that align with People team priorities and operating needs.

  • Build reusable assets that strengthen team capability while reinforcing the expectation that documentation, knowledge-sharing, and scalable practices are shared responsibilities across the People function.

People Analytics and Automated Intelligence

  • Build and enhance scalable data products and analytical capabilities that enable People business intelligence.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, data visualizations, and analytical tools using Workday and other approved data sources.

  • Organize and synthesize People data into clear, accessible outputs that support leadership and functional decision-making.

  • Identify trends, patterns, variances, and data quality concerns and translate findings into actional insights for relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop repeatable reporting and analytical frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across recurring analyses.

  • Partner with People Operations and HRIS to ensure reporting and analytical solutions use trusted data and align with established data definitions and governance standards.

Total Rewards and Incentive Support:

  • Develop automated solutions for compensation, market pricing, incentive programs, and other related Total Rewards priorities.

  • Build and maintain compensation models, market analysis tools, incentive calculations, audit files, and supporting documentation.

  • Help identify opportunities to simplify or improve compensation and incentive workflows through better tools, automation, and structured analysis.

  • Automate and strengthen recurring compensation and incentive processes by improving analytical tools and quality controls.

  • Support sales compensation and commission-related analysis in partnership with Total Rewards and Sales Operations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, implement, and continuously improve AI-enabled and automated business solutions, carrying work through to complete and usable outcomes.

  • Practical knowledge of prompt design, AI assistants, automated workflows, and solution testing.

  • Ability to evaluate AI and automation opportunities by understanding the underlying business purpose and intended outcome and considering business value, usability, feasibility, scalability, and risk.

  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, accuracy, human oversight, and appropriate use of sensitive employee data.

  • Strong technology aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and apply emerging tools and capabilities.

  • Comfort with experimentation, prototyping, troubleshooting, and iterative solution development.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and inconsistencies; ask thoughtful questions; and bring structure to ambiguous business needs.

  • Ability to build scalable, transferable reports, analytical tools, models, and decision-support solutions using trusted data and effective documentation.

  • Ability to understand business processes, clarify evolving or undefined requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into effective solution requirements and designs.

  • Willingness and ability to apply AI, automation, and analytical capabilities across a broad range of People priorities and use cases.

  • Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to lead work from discovery through implementation.

  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, documentation, testing, and quality control, with an understanding of how individual solutions connect to broader team and business objectives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate analytical findings, technical concepts, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships while maintaining individual accountability for outcomes.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • One to two years of experience in AI enablement, automation, People Analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, consulting, or a related analytical or solution-development role.

  • Experience working with Workday reporting, data, or analytical capabilities

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing business solutions using Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools, including prompt development, testing, and iterative improvement.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience building analytical models, tools, or repeatable analyses.

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 US

This role is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Metro Atlanta area. Team members will primarily work remotely, with occasional in-office meetings and collaboration sessions as business needs require.
