This individual will have exceptional communication skills and will love working in a high volume, fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are a growing team, and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has exceptional excel and analytical skills and can multi-task.
This role reports to the Defense Systems Group's Strategic People Partner Director (SPP).
Work Model
This position is a hybrid work model of 3+ days per week onsite, with the balance of the week offering remote flexibility, or as business conditions allow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with People Operations leadership to understand business issues and develop solutions to support HR business objectives
- Manage large sets of complex data and work within Excel to manipulate the data (macros, pivots, v-look ups, etc.)
- Create powerpoint presentations to tell a story and present the data from Excel in an Executive Summary format
- Deliver products, answer questions, and manage timelines in a high volume, fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Assist leaders and employees on interpretation of People Operations policies and procedures
- Support leaders and employees on people-related matters
- Assist with developing and implementing People Operations programs and initiatives
- Update, maintain and manage employee and organization information in HRIS (Workday); manage, track, process, and compile sensitive and confidential data
- Provide assistance on performance management, merit planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
What You Need to be Successful - People Partner Specialist III
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in reflated field
- Five or more years of human resources related experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); special emphasis on Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, V-Lookups, charts, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Customer-centric aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to function and exercise discretion in a high volume, fast-paced environment
