About this role

The People Operations Partner is part of the global People team, with a specific focus on the US site. This role reports to the Senior Director of People US or the Director of People Analytics and Systems.

The ideal candidate brings experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on benefits, payroll, and policy administration. This person will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operational needs of the People function, while also contributing to the continued evolution of People Operations and HR analytics as Aidoc grows and scales.

This role partners closely with the broader People team, business leaders, and employees to design and implement frameworks, policies, and processes that support the full employment lifecycle, aligned with company goals and objectives.

The People Operations Partner will also collaborate with G&A functions, including Finance, IT, and Legal, to leverage existing systems and drive new shared initiatives, particularly related to HRIS and data analytics.

Overall, this role is essential in maintaining high operational standards and fostering a positive, empowering work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an operational resource for employees, providing guidance on People-related issues such as employee relations, policies, payroll & benefits.
  • Develop and concurrently manage multiple HR programs, policies and processes that support Aidoc’s employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage onboarding activities in partnership with talent acquisition, provide operational support for recruitment processes.
  • Act as one of two HRIS Administrators, maintaining and integrating employment data related to employee lifecycle activities (e.g., comp., payroll, internal mobility, employment status) ensuring accuracy and data integration while driving automation and self service.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management, auditing, and business planning purposes.
  • Stay up to date with HR-related legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, process, and analyze a variety of People data to drive organizational health metrics, insights, data based decisions and relevant actions.
  • Assist in compensation management including analysis, integration, and benchmark information to build a competitive compensation framework.
  • Maintain both a strategic and tactical HR perspective to proactively tailor effective and flexible HR solutions that reflect the growth and scale of a global company.
  • Strongly connect to the Aidoc values, culture and unique DNA and incorporate the Aidoc spirit into all aspects of your role.
  • Work with managers and team members to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR management with specific experience in managing benefits, payroll and compensation
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a genuine people person
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Ability to develop strong and healthy relationships with various stakeholders within the organization
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and objectives
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and extract insights to support decision-making
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications
  • Ability to understand business needs and build programs uniquely suited to Aidoc
