Job Description:

A People Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support for our global employees for all people related functions and requests. The role is responsible for HR coordination activities, such as interpreting and executing HR policies and procedures, answering and routing team member questions and concerns, facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities, HRIS maintenance, compliance tracking and benefits administration.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide timely and accurate resolution to routine queries from employees across all HR functions, including benefits and perks, payroll and expenses, time off and leave, policies and compliance

  • Ensure the delivery of critical people operations processes by becoming a subject matter expert in our HRIS platform to enact employee changes, including hires, departures, job changes and reorganizations, ensuring high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

  • Enhance and maintain tools and resources (e.g., SOPs, job aids, FAQs) to facilitate process integrity and self-service capabilities

  • Support the integrity of our data by proactively running regular audits and reporting

  • Develop a close, consistent, and highly effective working relationship with the rest of the People Operations team to drive a positive internal customer experience

  • Assist with ad-hoc global projects and other tasks as necessary, in support of People team strategic initiatives, to help the organization scale and achieve business results

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience with Google Applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • HRIS (particularly Workday) experience is a plus

  • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or People Operations

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine desire to provide a positive internal customer experience

  • Proven commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive employee issues and information

  • Ability to manage time, multitask, embrace change, and (re)prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Comfort with data reporting, plus unwavering attention to detail

  • Comfort working with team members across the globe

The annual US hourly range for this role is $21.78 - $30.26 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
