About the role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & People Operations Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and day-to-day People Operations. This role will help create a smooth employee experience across the lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through offboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. They are also a natural people person—approachable, comfortable engaging with others, and willing to jump on a call or meet candidates when needed. They will partner closely with the People & Culture team, hiring managers, candidates, employees, and cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

    • Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.

    • Partner with the TA team to review candidates, coordinate interviews, and source opportunities.

    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

    • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR and recruiting systems.

    • Support day-to-day People Operations and respond to employee and manager inquiries.

    • Partner with IT, Finance, Workplace Experience, and other teams on employee lifecycle processes.

    • Support People & Culture programs and projects, make sure our data is accurate and HRIS workflows work smoothly.

    • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline People Operations processes.

What We Are Looking For:

    • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.

    • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to employee and candidate experience.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

    • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

    • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

    • Experience with HRIS (ideally HiBob) and recruiting systems (ideally Lever).

    • Japanese proficiency is a plus.
