What you’ll be doing:

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within People Team processes.

    • Implement data-driven solutions and Workday-based reporting tools to optimize procedures and program enhancements.

    • Leverage AI and analytics technologies to enhance process workflows and reduce manual effort to improve the employee experience.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure onboarding and offboarding compliance, overseeing I-9/E-Verify, background screening, and other regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain accurate and auditable HR records in Workday, utilizing built-in compliance tracking and audit features, and conduct regular audits.

    • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet current business needs and compliance standards. 

    • Stay up to date on global employment laws and ensure the company’s compliance. 

    • Partner with People Team leadership and the Legal team on all HR-related legal matters; prepare data and documentation as needed.

  • HR HelpDesk:

    • Oversee the HR HelpDesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses to a variety of HR-related inquiries from employees.

    • Develop and maintain an HR knowledge base with FAQs, guidelines, and resources to support employees.

    • Track and report on HelpDesk performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and employee satisfaction scores, using insights from Workday or Jira analytics.

  • Employee Experience:

    • Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, through data-backed decision making.

    • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and improve workplace satisfaction.

    • Partner with internal teams to ensure employees have the resources and support they need to thrive, using data analytics to inform strategies. 

  • Global Expansion:

    • Develop and implement strategies for global expansion, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance with local regulations, and a world-class employee experience.

    • Leverage technology capabilities and analytics to ensure seamless transitions, data integrity, and effective support for new international regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or comparable experience

  • 6+ years of HR Operations experience

Skills:

  • Experience in managing and supporting HR processes and strategies globally

  • Adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement, and implementing enhancements and solutions

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with proven ability to ensure organizational compliance

  • Competent in overseeing HR HelpDesk operations and providing exceptional employee support

  • Proficiency in systems including Workday, Deel, Confluence, Jira or similar, including data maintenance, process optimization, and analytics/reporting functionality 

  • Ability to leverage data analytics and reporting to inform strategic HR decisions

The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently ($87,000 - $97,000) plus performance bonus of up to (10%).  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
