We believe in the power of process and its potential to unlock growth in teams everywhere.

Who we are:

Process Street is a no-code workflow platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform stores knowledge of where the action happens, ensuring the thorough and error-free execution of workflows on which our global customers run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify, AstraZeneca, and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our Mission:

To make recurring work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our culture:

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships.

If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an organized and entrepreneurial person to join our small but mighty People & Operations team.

This is more than just a coordination role—it's a chance to be at the heart of shaping how a modern, global company works and grows. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of People & Operations to bring big ideas to life, whether it’s rolling out new employee engagement initiatives, enhancing our remote work experience, or streamlining key people processes. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, propose process improvements, and turn insights into action. If you're energized by the idea of building something meaningful, love wearing multiple hats, and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • Perform day-to-day tasks and provide support for our People & Ops team.
  • Establish yourself as a go-to resource for our People & Ops team and other employees on company and department practices, processes, and policies.
  • Analyze department processes and implement improvements.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment by coordinating job postings, streamlining candidate communications, and helping create a seamless and engaging hiring experience from application to offer.
  • Help create an incredible employee experience by owning onboarding and offboarding tasks for an ever-growing team around the globe.
  • Assist with People & Ops team compliance standards and practices.
  • Assist in writing and updating our Employee Handbook.
  • Improve how we document and share department best practices and resources.
  • Support People & Ops technology, data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Assist in planning our team meet-ups, like our virtual events and our All-Company retreat.
  • Assist our CEO with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and supporting special projects.
  • Be a role model for our company mission and values.

About you

  • You live in either Central or Eastern Timezone.
  • You have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • You’ve previously (or currently) worked remotely and/or at a start-up.
  • You have some People & Ops or HR experience.
  • You love processes and are extremely organized.
  • You geek out on spreadsheets, data, analytics, and workplace tech in general.
  • You’re just as comfortable in front of a group as you are in front of a spreadsheet.
  • You enjoy writing, and you have experience writing in a professional setting.
  • You’re reliable and accountable with a passion for inbox zero.
  • You like solving problems and love getting in the details.
  • You like to get involved with initiatives that bring you joy, even if out of your regular scope.

Our Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
  • Annual company offsite –  We get together as a whole company to celebrate company milestones as well as encourage and sponsor small group meetups so that you can meet your teammates face-to-face around the world.
  • Social time – We know human connections are what make teams strong. We regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.
  • Generous health insurance  – for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans.
  • Equity for all full-time roles.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. Research tells us that applicants who are female, non-binary, or people of color are less likely to apply to a role if they feel they don’t meet every qualification. If you feel you meet most of the qualifications, regardless of how you identify, and this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day, please apply! Process Street is a place where everyone can grow.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.

* * Disclaimer: Due to recent recruitment scams, we want to clarify that our hiring process always begins with a live screening call. All official email communication will come from our domain (@process.st). If you receive messages from anyone claiming to represent Process Street but using a different email domain or requesting sensitive information upfront, please proceed with caution and report it to us at [email protected].

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
