What You'll Do:

You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding logistics, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires from offer acceptance through their first days. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with People Partners, IT, Recruiting, and Hiring Managers to execute onboarding workflows and continuously improve how we bring new team members into the organization.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and experience-focused People Operations Associate to help us take our onboarding administration to the next level. This role will take ownership of key onboarding processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding administration process for new hires
  • Coordinate offer letter and background check workflows in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Manage new hire documentation, including employment agreements and compliance forms
  • Ensure timely provisioning of equipment and systems access in partnership with IT
  • Maintain onboarding checklists and update documentation in Confluence and other platforms
  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new hires, answering questions and ensuring a smooth pre-start experience
  • Track onboarding metrics and flag bottlenecks or opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine onboarding processes, templates, and communication
  • Support tier 1 ticketing requests and respond promptly to People Ops inbox inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with data entry standards
  • Support team projects and initiatives

Who You Are:

  • 2-3+ years of HR or related experience
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative processes with precision
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets skills with eagerness to learn more
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in HR and employee experience
  • Fluent with technology and using digital tools
  • Natural problem-solver who asks good questions

Preferred:

  • Experience with ticketing systems, of any kind
  • Familiarity with compliance related documentation and employment eligibility processes
  • Interest in HR analytics
  • Pursuing a SHRM or other certification
  • Exposure to agile methodologies

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
