As a People Operations & Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our People Operations and People Experience functions - helping keep our team running smoothly, our systems organized, and our office thriving. Reporting to the People Operations Manager (Toronto), this role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.
What You’ll DoPeople Operations (≈70%)- Support day-to-day People Operations activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems administration (HiBob, Lattice, etc.)
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure employee data accuracy across HR platforms
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, processes, and programs - especially for our Canadian team
- Help document, refine, and maintain internal HR and People Ops processes for consistency and compliance
- Partner with the People Operations Manager to support projects such as policy creation, compliance updates, and program rollouts
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance and department leads on employee changes, HR reporting, and data requests
- Contribute to new initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and culture
- Manage front-desk operations - greet visitors, handle deliveries, and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, snacks/lunches, vendors, equipment, and facilities maintenance
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and company-wide communications logistics
- Help plan and execute office events, team activities, and company-wide celebrations
- Ensure the office remains a clean, functional, and positive workspace for employees and visitors
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, office coordination, or a related administrative role is preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive learner who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage company is an asset, but not required
- A curious, early-stage professional who’s eager to grow a career in People Operations
- Detail-oriented and dependable—you notice what others might miss and take pride in doing things right
- Collaborative and approachable—someone who enjoys supporting others and being the “go-to” person for problem-solving
- Energized by both structure and variety—you’re just as comfortable managing data in a system as you are organizing an office event

$60,000 - $75,000 base salary + performance bonus + equity
