As a People Operations Analyst, you will oversee onboarding and compliance processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and legal adherence, while providing excellent support to employees and collaborating across HR teams.

Dropbox is looking for a People Operations Onboarding and Compliance Analyst within our People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team (PORT). Responsibilities- Onboarding Operations: You’ll provide “Tier 1 and Tier 2” tactical/transactional support to employees, resolving tickets related to onboarding FTE workers, ensuring data integrity for new hires and current employees, managing the background check process, I-9, and all relevant onboarding support.
- Compliance Operations: You’ll work with the employment legal team to complete all internal and external audits including all required annual government reporting, SOX controls, and ISMAP reporting.
- Ensure all FTE workers are compliant with all security policies and tasks — provide evidence when necessary for audit purposes.
- Complete all Workday Ops tasks including Workday inbox tasks, delegations, creating supervisory orgs, and rescinding and/or correcting transactions.
- Initiate change job transactions within Workday including changing working hours and time times, job profiles, relocations, worker types, manager changes, and cost centers.
- Manage compensation details within Workday including one time payments, adding equity grants, compensation bonus plan percentages, and requesting compensation changes.
- You will provide support with auditing New Hire information in Greenhouse and Workday systems.
- You will be responsible for completing the missing time audit, France bi-annual meeting audit, and part-time worker exceeding hours audit.
- You will audit all new hire onboarding compliance documentation to ensure they are received within the required compliance timelines.
- You’ll work with Dropbox vendors to troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues/inquiries.
- You’ll develop and ensure standard HR operating procedures are in place with clear SLAs.
- You’ll collaborate with partners in HR, Recruiting, and Finance to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans when issues arise, ensuring the highest quality employee experience.
- You’ll work closely with the HR Project Managers to support project execution and continuous process improvement and onboarding and Contingent workforce operations.
- You’ll maintain documentation for each part of the service, and drive communication outwards to stakeholders when necessary.
- You’ll identify and make recommendations on program/process changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements.
- You’ll support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting.
- Work cross collaboratively across all regions with the respective onboarding team.
- You’ll create SOPs and Job Aids when necessary for documentation and to streamline processes.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management
- Strong customer-service skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
