You will be a trusted partner to the SEA MSC Leadership Team and MSC People Leads and work closely with the SEA MSC People Lead to drive the Cost, Capability and Culture agendas. You will play a key role in driving execution as per plan across SEA work tracks through effective project management and governance, while also designing and delivering capability interventions yourself.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of key SEA-wide interventions across Cost, Capability and Culture
  • Lead the year-round governance of People Cost and Productivity KPIs (including FTE, People Cost/Ton and Kg/hw) working in partnership with the PLs and the SCE and Finance teams, including followup and closure of corrective action plans across sites as needed
  • Co-Lead the Education and Training (E&T) pillar for SEA MSC and specifically lead execution of the Leadership Capability agenda across levels
  • Lead the AC Planning process across SEA MSC for People Costs, and oversee execution month on month vs plan; lead all reporting to region and global on people related KPIs
  • Project manage the Objective-Setting, mid-Year review, Year End Review, STR and other key people processes across SEA MSC
