You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
The People Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution and overseeing of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact of employees and managers and sits within the local BU squad team. The PE Advisor will also support implementation of local projects or initiatives driving the digital agenda for the location.
What you need to know about this position:
  • PEA of the Plant will be focused on:
  • Use Business Unit knowledge to provide support on local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad, providing business intimacy and supporting/overseeing the delivery of local HR services.
  • Escalate business specific queries to the BU People Expereince Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team.
  • Key point of contact to emloyee and managers for HR related queries, self -service transaction, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process supporting requiring face to face interaction and hard copy documentation
  • Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end to end operational HR services
  • Allignment with local leader Senior People Lead for defining local priorities/people needs
  • Delivery of actions plan related to engagement, people agenda implementation and projects:
  • Local learning & Development plan
  • Digital Roadmap

What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Degree level education in HR or similar
  • Ability in HR databases / computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferable previous work experience in multinational company in HR function
  • Fluent English
