ROLE OVERVIEW 

The People and Culture Manager (PCM) will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with the needs of employees and leadership, supporting designated client groups. As a strategic partner, the PCM will be responsible for leading and executing HR initiatives, acting as a catalyst for change. Working closely with leadership teams, this role will guide people-centric priorities and solutions, driving organizational effectiveness and the achievement of business goals.
 
As the execution expert for your assigned areas, you will collaborate across departments—especially with creative, site operations, and strategy teams—to ensure the seamless, on-time, and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives for the company. To thrive in this role, you must be adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for people.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all aspects of the employee experience, including the full employee lifecycle, talent onboarding, change management, employee engagement, performance management, career development, employee relations, and off-boarding.
  • Own and enhance the employee experience by implementing comprehensive organizational onboarding strategies, such as stay interviews, check-ins, focus groups, and employee engagement surveys. Analyze feedback and collaborate with management to develop action plans aimed at improving culture and increasing retention.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Work with management and employees to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Lead compliance-focused training for new and emerging leaders, helping them navigate the legal aspects of leadership (e.g., wage and hour regulations, coaching/counseling, intellectual property/ADA processes, LOA administration, investigations, and off-boarding).
  • Partner with client groups to manage the LOA and IP/ADA processes from start to finish, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams and local management.
  • Produce and analyze monthly HR metrics (e.g., FTE headcount, turnover, diversity, demographics, retention rates, promotional rates, LOA cases) and collaborate with senior HR leadership and client groups to address challenges, develop solutions, and drive data-informed people strategies. Facilitate regular client business review meetings.
  • Assist in the annual open enrollment process for company benefits, offering support to employees with inquiries related to benefit programs and serving as a liaison between the benefits team and employees for complex issues.
  • Interpret and communicate HR policies to local management, ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements relevant to day-to-day operations, in collaboration with senior HR leadership.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, always aligning with company values and objectives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credentials strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Expertise in HR practices, programs, and methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, analytical thinker with strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with all organizational levels, acting as the primary HR contact for the team
