Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator eager to grow their career with one of the most dynamic and innovative apparel brands in the industry. This role will provide administrative support across key People & Culture functions for both HQ and Retail teams, including onboarding, compliance, employee communications and employee lifecycle maintenance. What you'll get to do:
- Organize and execute the logistics of New Hire Orientation to ensure a smooth experience for new hires: room set-up, new hire paperwork and facilitation
- Submit onboarding tickets to coordinate and prepare for New Hire Orientation.
- Manage and send Onboarding information to new hires on day 1. (F&F discount codes, gym waiver etc.)
- Order and manage the distribution of Labor Law & Navex posters through our 3rd party vendor
- Support HQ and Retail compliance efforts, inclusive of tracking trainings, E-Verify updates, etc.
- Manage and post updates to Teams, send calendar invites and P&C email communications
- Manage and store electronic employee files and employee documents
- Manage the P&C inbox in support of employee inquiries
- Manage ongoing administrative requests (i.e., unemployment, employment verifications)
- Coordinate offboarding with employees, inclusive of communications, offboarding tickets and exit interviews as needed
- Manage ongoing and monthly org chart updates
- Support seasonal retail initiatives as needed
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 1+ years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Jira or similar HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The hourly range for this role is $25/hr. - $30.84/hr.
