People Analytics & HR Data Insights Manager

We’re on a mission to shake up the status quo, and we’re seeking passionate, innovative minds to our journey. As the People Analytics and HR Data Insights Manager you’ll be leading the way to enhancing our HR reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This is a new role within our organization, and this position will focus on maintaining clean and accurate HR data with automated reports and dashboards. We see this as a key role in helping ensure HR insights effectively support executive decision-making. 

An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in data analysis and reporting automation, and capable of integrating data across HR platforms to improve efficiency. This role is not responsible for managing HR systems and will work closely with our Global Senior HRIS Manager to optimize the reporting and analytics.
The working hours for this role are 5am—2pm PhST / 2pm—11pm PDT, and the location is the Metro Manila area. 

In this role, you’ll get to:

HR Analytics & Workforce Insights

  • Maintain and analyze key HR data sources, including onboarding feedback, eNPS, engagement surveys, recruiting metrics, and exit data.

  • Identify workforce trends in areas such as engagement, retention, and hiring effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

  • Build automated dashboards and reports to provide HR leadership and executives with real-time workforce insights.

  • Develop clear and visually compelling presentations on key people metrics for HR and executive teams.

HRIS Data & Reporting Automation

  • Act as a data partner to the Global Senior HRIS Manager, ensuring HR data is accurate, consistent, and structured for reporting.

  • Automate HR reporting by leveraging system-generated analytics within BambooHR and other HR systems.

  • Work with HRIS to integrate data across platforms (e.g., BambooHR to Navan) to streamline reporting and reduce manual processes.

  • Optimize HR dashboarding capabilities, ensuring HR leadership has access to relevant and up-to-date insights.

HR & Business Impact Analysis

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs (e.g., Learning & Development, wellness initiatives, leadership summit, and culture transformation) by tracking participation, engagement, retention, and business impact using qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Support workforce planning by analyzing hiring trends, recruiter performance, and candidate pipeline health.

  • Conduct turnover, tenure, and performance analysis to inform HR strategies and identify risk factors.

Financial & Strategic Planning Support

  • Track HR budget actuals and assist in forecasting for annual budget planning.

  • Support HR leadership in measuring the impact of key HR initiatives on business outcomes.

  • Help create data-driven narratives that support leadership decision-making, ensuring HR metrics are aligned with business priorities.

HR Well-Being/Office Support

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Philippines office, ensuring a smooth in-office experience for team members. Support HR well-being initiatives by gathering feedback on work environment needs and ensuring a positive office experience.

  • Manage office access and security, including key card distribution and tracking. Coordinate office space needs, such as requests for additional furniture, supplies, or facility improvements.

  • Maintain and update the Notion page with location details, office guidelines, key resources, etc..

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce data, or business intelligence, preferably within HR or a related function.

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with HRIS data management, reporting, and automation (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems).

  • Ability to automate reporting and integrate data across platforms to improve efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce trends, and organizational behavior.

  • Ability to create compelling, data-driven presentations and dashboards for HR and executive teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global HR teams and multi-location workforce analytics.

  • Familiarity with HR compliance and reporting standards across different regions.

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling for workforce planning.
