What You Have:
- Possess knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to various situations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar field, and 2-5 years of professional experience in analytics is required or master's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of R/Python/SQL for ETL, Machine Learning, and data visualization packages like Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Data Lake solutions (Snowflake/AWS) and applied knowledge of stackable solutions and automation techniques is a plus.
- Strong consultative skills, initiative, and the ability to communicate and tell compelling stories with data.
- Ability to utilize AI responsibly to streamline and enhance analytics approaches to solve workforce challenges.
