  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Design and optimize business processes that align with project goals and client needs.
  • Work with Product Managers and Solution Architects to translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable user stories.
  • Lead workshops and elaboration sessions, ensuring clear alignment on value-driven priorities.
  • Create and present user interface mockups, wireframes, and process diagrams to communicate solution designs effectively.
  • Facilitate user story playback sessions with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with project outcomes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to compare current and desired states, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Apply Pega design and requirements best practices, including microjourney design, direct capture of objectives (DCO), and user story development
  • Support large Pega platform implementation projects by translating business requirements into technical system needs for developers.
  • Perform basic testing and validate functionality to ensure quality outcomes.

 In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Build a backlog of user stories for minimum two sprints 
  • Maintain a weekly Client Confidence score of 90% or higher

Strong applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of software, hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to align business and technical goals.
  • Strong understanding of Pega design principles, intents, workflows, next best action, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x, with knowledge of Pega Infinity '23 preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale Pega platform implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Pega Studio, product features, and frameworks.
  • Proficient in writing user stories in Jira and documenting processes in Confluence.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify patterns and trends, and address operational challenges.
  • Skilled in drafting clear, concise, and well-structured business requirements and technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under high-pressure conditions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification (ideally).
