RYZ Labs is hiring a Pediatric Nurse - LPN to provide services to patients/clients in their places of residence.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
- Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
