We’re seeking a thorough and tech-savvy Technical Support & Document Accessibility Remediator to join our growing team. This is a cross-functional role that blends customer support, technical writing, document editing, and accessibility expertise to help ensure our clients' digital content is inclusive and usable for all audiences.

In this role, you’ll support our clients by solving technical issues related to digital accessibility and remediating digital documents such as PDFs, Word files, and PowerPoints, to meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508, Standard 5568). You’ll also be involved in creating user guides, installing the company’s software and guiding customers to use it.

This role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional visits to the office or customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Remediate documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoints, Excel) to meet accessibility standards.
  • Provide daily technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop clear and concise user guides and support documentation.
  • Participate in onboarding new customers by guiding them through setup and training.
  • Assist in the product QA process by identifying bugs, testing new features, and providing feedback.
Requirements:
  • Must be a native Hebrew speaker, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using or testing assistive technologies such as screen readers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with WCAG, Section 508, Standard 5568 and PDF/UA standards (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in document remediation or digital accessibility (preferred).
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro (preferred).
Qualifications:
  • Academic or university degree.
  • Students who have completed at least 2 years of university studies are also welcome to apply.
