The role involves managing operational delivery, onboarding strategic accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deployment success in a fast-paced environment.

🪶 You are:

Energized by owning high-stakes, cross-functional outcomes. You have a bias for action and aren’t afraid to dive into messy middle-ground problems—whether legal bottlenecks, engineering scoping, or business development gaps. You enjoy taking a problem from ambiguity to clarity and leaving the system better than you found it.

You’re equally comfortable being hands-on and stepping back to design scalable solutions. You can talk strategy in one conversation and execute a checklist in the next—and know how to bring stakeholders along at each step.

If you’re excited about shaping the future of tokenized real-world assets and playing an instrumental role in onboarding the next wave of institutional crypto adoption, we’d love to meet you.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding and operational delivery for key issuer and protocol accounts, working across legal, product, engineering, and business development teams to drive deployments to completion

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-impact strategic accounts, ensuring they meet onboarding, deployment, and performance milestones

  • Identify, prioritize, and integrate new issuers and protocols that align with Nest’s liquidity, risk, and APY objectives, collaborating with BD and capital teams to incorporate them into the roadmap

  • Manage and triage cross-functional support needs across product, operations, and ecosystem teams to unblock deals and accelerate deployments

  • Surface and escalate risks or resource bottlenecks across product, engineering, and operations; work proactively to mitigate issues and maintain deployment velocity

  • Provide structured reporting and insights on deployment progress, operational gaps, and ecosystem opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to improve collaboration and execution

  • Design and propose scalable improvements to product operations processes, developer support channels, and cross-functional coordination

Within 1 month, you should expect to…
  • Quickly onboard, take ownership of key accounts, and drive initial deployments while identifying immediate operational gaps

  • Own 2+ key issuer accounts and drive them to onchain deployment within deadlines

  • Shadow and complete 1 legal onboarding process to build fluency in product/ops workflows

  • Identify at least 2 additional high-priority issuers for onboarding and integrate them into the roadmap

Within 2 months, you should expect to…
  • Expand ownership across more accounts and partnerships, while building a system-level view of operations and product support needs

  • Own 2+ additional accounts and 1 strategic protocol partnership, aligning internal resources to enable deployment

  • Conduct a triage of ecosystem and BD requests to prioritize high-impact integrations

  • Proactively surface lagging deals and coordinate across teams to unblock or accelerate deployments

Within 3 months, you should expect to…
  • Broaden strategic influence, implement process improvements, and deliver recommendations to scale operations and cross-functional collaboration

  • Deliver a report proposing improvements across legal, operations, product, and BD collaboration

  • Recommend and co-design a structured developer support channel with ecosystem and devrel teams

  • Expand account ownership to include 2+ additional strategic protocols, and finalize terms

🪶 QualificationsMust Have
  • 5+ years experience in product operations, partner operations, product management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - ideally a startup that went through hyper-scale

  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex projects across legal, technical, and business stakeholders with tight timelines

  • Experience working in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or institutional finance, with exposure to tokenization, vaults, or onchain financial products

  • Exceptional problem-solving and unblocker mindset—ability to navigate ambiguity, clear blockers, and proactively push deals forward

  • Clear, structured communicator with a track record of writing executive-level summaries, reports, or recommendations

  • Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, protocols, and key industry players

  • Comfortable working with legal, engineering, product, and BD teams simultaneously, and speaking their respective “languages”

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience managing institutional onboarding or issuer onboarding in tokenized assets, structured products, or similar

  • Familiarity with onchain deployment processes, smart contract interactions, or technical product ownership

  • Experience working in highly regulated environments or coordinating across legal/compliance teams

  • Previous experience improving developer or partner support systems (e.g., devrel enablement, creating scalable onboarding channels)

  • Prior exposure to capital markets, APY mechanics, or vault yield strategies

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
