We’re growing fast and getting ready for our biggest event yet — PBExpo 2026. We're looking for a Trade Show Account Executive to help sell sponsorships, exhibit space, and advertising for our industry-leading aviation and tech conference.

This is a high-volume, goal-driven sales role. If you’re great on the phone, love closing deals, and want to be part of a fast-moving team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ cold calls per day to potential sponsors and exhibitors

  • Hit monthly sales goals for:

    • Sponsorships

    • Exhibit booths

    • Advertising packages

  • Create custom sales packages to meet client needs

  • Keep your sales pipeline updated in our CRM

  • Join Daily/weekly sales and planning meetings

  • Represent PBExpo at events as needed

Sales KPIs:

  • min 50 outbound calls per day

  • 10-15 qualified meetings per week

  • Monthly revenue goal: $15K–$30K

  • Maintain detailed CRM activity

  • Add 20–30 new leads per week

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience

  • Strong cold calling skills

  • Experience selling trade show, event sponsorships, advertisement.

  • Comfortable working remotely

  • Tech-savvy and quick learner

  • Confident, coachable, and great at closing

  • Excell Proficient, 

  • Aviation industry knowledge is a bonus
