Our team is growing as our customer base is expanding fast. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Specialist in US payroll and benefits. You will be providing in-depth guidance and technical support to our customers. You will serve as a vital link between HiBob and our customers, addressing their technical inquiries, resolving issues, identifying unexpected system behavior, addressing bugs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction in using the platform.

Job Requirements
We want to hear from you if you have:
  • 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
  • Experience processing end to end payroll in a bureau or multi customer environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, along with experience using payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities
This role plays a key part in delivering custom, high-touch payroll solutions for customers with complex or non-standard payroll needs. You'll be responsible for executing tailored payroll activities, managing strategic customer payrolls that require deep expertise and attention to detail, and solving unique payroll scenarios that fall outside standard processes.
As a specialist execution role, you'll work closely with payroll partners and customer-facing teams to ensure accuracy, statutory compliance, and an excellent customer experience. Your work will help HiBob scale support for customers with advanced payroll requirements while maintaining precision, trust, and quality.
As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will:
  • Prepare and process payroll inputs across multiple regions.
  • Manage data integrity across the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Support statutory data preparation and pension processing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
  • Play a key role in creating efficient, automated payroll workflows.

Base salaries for this role range from $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
