Compensation
$80,000–$95,000 base + bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven analyst to help unlock payer access and fuel growth across our partner sites. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution—turning complex data into actionable insights that improve access, performance, and scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn claims and pricing data into insights that drive access and revenue growth
  • Support and evolve payer access strategies across partner sites
  • Build clear, compelling deliverables for internal leaders, clients, and payer partners
  • Own and manage multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute initiatives and solve complex, ambiguous problems

What You Bring

  • Experience in financial analysis, consulting, or healthcare analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; VBA a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or payer ecosystems preferred
