The Payment Solutions Growth Manager will report to the Manager, Payments Solutions Development. This role will be a critical driver of GoodLeap's payments growth strategy, focusing on driving adoption of the payments product across Home Improvement and Solar Contractors, while also developing it as a stand-alone offering for businesses not yet on the GoodLeap platform. Partnering with the business development team this role will proactively identify, qualify and sign prospective GoodLeap contractors to our payments platform.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners to our Payments Platform. Obtain approval, provide training and on-going support.
- Work with current Business Development team to identify contractors on our platform who will be a great fit for our Payments Platform. Obtain approval, provide training and on-going support.
- Work in collaboration with Business Development Directors to ensure contractor success. Provide best in class business intelligence driven guidance to your assigned contractors to aid their growth and development.
- Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and approaches; provide feedback and enhancements, collaborate with other GoodLeap teams to continually improve a new initiative within a growing company.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 4 years home improvement experience
- Solar experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer Focused
- Able to work with minimal supervision
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
