Job Description
Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Product Delivery Manager in Treasury Services- Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Owns and manages the technology investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborates closely with technology partners and product managers to prioritize and deliver key initiative
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Works closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagement; Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology and Operations
  • Thinks through global system performance, reliability, scalability, service levels, and responsiveness of solutions, ensuring robust program management and reporting to all relevant stakeholders and partners
  • Identifies process deficiencies, business risks, and escalates accordingly within the Risk and Control framework
  • Acts as a liaison between the technology team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
  • Understands and contributes to the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that product visions are translated into actionable plans


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Working knowledge of Data analytics tools eg DB macros, Python and like data managing tools
  • Working knowledge of Payment flows and credit risk management
  • Commercialization acumen, strong analytics, outside-in competitive view
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present product concepts, gather feedback and influence decision-making processes
  • Prior experience working with technology teams and a deep understanding of the product owner role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Prior experience of leading/ managing risk governance, especially corrective action plan governance
  • Prior experience of working with Product Risk management
  • Payments experience , preferred
  • Ability to partner across a global team to effectively manage deadlines
