We are looking for a dynamic and revenue focused Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us build a world-class partner ecosystem!

About the Role:

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for helping us scale the partnership program across our multiple brands —Aplos, Raisely, and Keela. Responsibilities:
  • Attract new partners to our program: Engage and re-engage with key partners in the nonprofit industry, selling them on the value and vision of joining the ARK partner program.
  • Partner activation: Once you’ve signed partners, you’ll ensure they’re activated and sending leads our way by partnering with the broader marketing organization.
  • Partner management: You will own the partner relationship from end to end and be their primary point of contact as a member of the partner program.
  • Drive cross-functional enablement: Partner closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure we’re properly following up with leads and leveraging partners in our programs
Qualifications:
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role: 3-5 years in partnerships, strategic alliances and/or business development, with a strong preference for nonprofit SaaS (or vertical SaaS, if not)
  • You have a strong track record: proven success in scaling high-impact partner programs in competitive markets; your partner program drove new demand for the product
  • You are a revenue hunter: you recognize the connection between this channel and our revenue goals and are eager to build pipeline, relationships and add new customers to our community
  • You have the persona of a builder: this is a zero to one role - you look forward to building what will become one of the most consequential channels for the business
  • You love relationships: building industry relationships is critical to the role: being an influencer in the industry and enabling our platform to guide and shape the space, through people, is a must
  • You want to be on a fast-paced team: we are growing quickly and focused on our goals; you have experience in fast paced environments and know how to execute in that speed
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and results-driven: you approach challenges with a positive attitude and a determination to succeed. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities and know how to adapt to changing circumstances, always keeping the end goal in sight.
  • You care about making a difference! Our team at Aplos, Keela and Raisely exists in service of our world-changing non-profit customers and we are deeply invested in their success. So, you’ve gotta want to back them too!
Why work with us?

You’ll join an innovative and fast paced marketing team that is at an inflection point in its journey. You’ll get the chance to “Found” a new function at ARK, and drive extraordinary revenue impact in a fast-growing SaaS company.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
