We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Communications team in Westlake Village.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing existing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our position in the professional audio industry.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that align with our company’s goals and values.
Partnership Strategy & Development
• Support existing partnerships with key industry players, influencers, event organizers, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the execution of the strategic roadmap for partnerships that supports brand awareness, sales, and business expansion.
Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance and engagement, providing regular updates and reports on key metrics (communications, sales, business development, application)
Event & Sponsorship Coordination
• Manage partnerships related to industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Work with the Communications team to leverage partnerships for content creation, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all partner-led initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for collaboration.
• Explore innovative ways to maximize the value of partnerships, including co-branded content, joint marketing efforts, and product collaborations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership strategies.
Key Objectives:
• Establish and manage high-value partnerships that contribute to brand growth and market presence.
• Drive engagement and awareness through collaborative marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
• Increase the company’s influence and credibility within the professional audio industry.
• Ensure a measurable return on investment (ROI) from partnership activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the audio, music, entertainment, or tech industry.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passion for music and technology an understanding of the industry landscape.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Experience with event sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations is a plus.
