THE OPPORTUNITY

  

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Partnerships Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of non-traditional sales partnerships, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), membership-based platforms, and other digitally native distribution partners.

This role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to each partner’s unique business model, customer journey, and technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic account management, digital distribution expertise, and technical fluency, enabling them to drive revenue growth through optimized integrations, commercial agreements, and product positioning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO  

   

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of global digital distribution partners, including OTAs and membership platforms
  • Act as the primary relationship owner, driving engagement and long-term growth strategies
  • Develop tailored partnership plans aligned to each partner’s business model and customer journey

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Define and execute account-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue, booking conversion, and partner ROI
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities across pricing, merchandising, funnel optimization, and  distribution mix
  • Establish and track KPIs, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and partner contribution

Digital & Technical Integration Strategy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integrations
  • Guide partners on API connectivity, white-label implementations, and platform integrations
  • Identify and drive enhancements that improve user experience and conversion within partner ecosystems

Commercial & Product Strategy

  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional opportunities, and distribution agreements
  • Align product offerings with partner requirements, ensuring competitiveness within each digital channel
  • Recommend product, pricing, and packaging optimizations based on partner insights

Global Account Management

  • Support partnerships with a global footprint, requiring an understanding of regional differences in customer behavior and distribution strategy
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, scalable solutions across markets

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to execute integrated strategies
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to manage pipeline, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  

Technical Skillset 

  • Understanding of API integrations, white-label solutions, and digital platforms.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Power BI. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy. 

Essential Experience 

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.  
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or digital sales.

  • Customer focus with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that create a high-quality, consistent experience

  • Quality and attention to detail by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in all work, minimizing risk and rework  
  • Resiliency and drive by maintaining energy and focus in challenging environments, persisting to achieve results 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Proven success managing Online Travel Agencies, eCommerce, marketplace or membership-based partnerships. 

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA 

  • Achievement of revenue and sales targets tied to assigned partner portfolio
  • Improvement in conversion rates and partner channel performance
  • Expansion of partnership scope and contribution to overall business growth
  • Intentional collaboration and contribution offering proactive solutions team members 

OTHER:

  • Work Location: Hybrid (combination of in-person and remote) in Costa Mesa, CA
  • Travel - 25% expected
