The VelocityEHS Partnership Manager is a leader within the Strategic Partnerships team, being a thoughtful strategist and bringing value to our partners. Working hand in hand with our partners, the Partnership Manager will expand our reach and footprint with Enterprise customers. They will work within the Partnership ecosystem to build processes and tools to support the individual Partner needs. They are internal leaders and influencer by leveraging Partners' business needs to enhance VEHS's overall solutions and go to market strategy. They are hyper aware of industry trends and able to use this knowledge to competitively position VEHS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive growth for our Channel Partnership team through consistent, collaborative and thoughtful partner strategies
  • Act as a liaison with outside agencies and manage relationship with channel partners including referral and reseller partners
  • Assist channel partner acquisition process
  • Drive channel partner engagement with a monthly cadence of business and strategy reviews, lunch and learns, sales enablement content, and product training
  • Articulate and promote the vision and positioning of Velocity and Velocity offerings to senior and executive level decision makers on the partner account teams and their customers
  • Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities with partners
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound partner leads and joint partner opportunities, including scheduling and facilitating sales calls between Sales team, prospects and partners
  • Report on KPIs and qualified opportunities to accurately forecast business on a monthly cadence
  • Plan and direct a partner marketing program to generate joint marketing collateral and co-hosted webinars, events, and social mentions based on partnership strategy
  • Work closely with Sales and Product management on the development and execution of a sales strategy for joint prospects and partner customers
  • Build and promote a healthy partnership ecosystem where each VEHS department, including Sales, CX, and Product, establishes a optimal processes and experiences for our partners, prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with internal resources, including Product and CX, to inform product roadmap decision making and align solutions with partner business needs, challenges and technical requirements
  • 5-10% Travel Possible


Minimum Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of successful technical or SaaS sales experience
  • Technical experience or certification within the environmental health and safety industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Customer-driven with the ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships virtually
  • Program or project management experience


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in channel partner sales and strategy
  • Ability to initiate and collaborate on strategies to work toward a common vision
  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform
  • Consulting experience within the environmental health and safety industry
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency with a PC, internet browsers, MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and web-based tools are required

VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between $105,750 and $142,800 USD (United States) or $97,700 and $138,250 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. This role is eligible for a Variable Pay Program.
