Life Space Digital is redefining premium real estate experiences through an elevated network of high-quality digital screens installed in elevators, lobbies, and select high-traffic environments. We operate at the intersection of real estate, technology, and media—bringing a sophisticated, modern content layer to Class A and top-tier properties nationwide.

Our platform is built for quality, reliability, and scale, delivering a premium experience that enhances property value, connects brands with affluent urban audiences, and sets a new standard in the U.S. DOOH market.

Backed by experienced leadership and significant long-term investment, Life Space Digital is expanding rapidly across major U.S. cities. We are building a team of operators, technologists, and creators committed to precision, performance, and operational excellence as we lead the next chapter of premium digital out-of-home media.

As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building our ecosystem. You’ll identify, negotiate, and close long-term agreements with key elevator industry players, including elevator maintenance providers (Independents and Major OEMs), distributors, and consultant groups to enable the installation of our digital screens across new and existing elevator networks. This role is ideal for a leader with a deep understanding of the elevator industry to leverage their experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.

Negotiate and close long-term, multi-year agreements that support large-scale deployment of our digital advertising screens.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners to drive sustained growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments.

  • Analyze partnership performance, market trends, and new business opportunities

    to inform the growth strategy.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership opportunities.

  • Collaborate with in-marketing to develop partnership materials and content focused on educating and encouraging partnership within the elevator sector.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of elevator experience in partnership management, business development, and/or operational roles that utilized multifaceted approaches with different partners throughout the elevator ecosystem. Proven success in negotiating and managing long-term strategic agreements.

  • Strong industry network or familiarity with elevator systems, ISPs, or out-of-home advertising ecosystems.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • A passion for technology and smart-city innovation.

The pay range for this position is $95,000-$150,000 + bonus; however, the base pay may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
