- 2-4 years of experience as partner/channel enabler, sales engineer, customer success, technical trainer, or solutions consultant or a related field
- Proven experience building and scaling partner enablement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with technical products or solutions (hardware, software, or a combination)
- Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading demos and speaking to diverse groups.
- Experience coordinating events and executing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot (or similar).
- Outgoing, proactive, and highly organized, with a passion for fieldwork and willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily within the U.S.).
Plus
- FAA Part 107 certified.
- Previous experience in drone/UAV, geospatial, surveying, or construction technology industries.
If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.
