Requirements

Job Summary

As a Partner Success Manager, you are responsible for maintaining the account relationship post-launch for clients across all verticals. This position is a part of the Partner Success Team and works with multiple departments within the company. Partner Success Managers know the platform thoroughly and assist our clients with day-to-day needs. In addition to strategically supporting clients, this role involves identifying opportunities for new product sales to existing clients to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and maintaining the renewal process for client retention. As the face and voice of our company, this is a relationship-centered position. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively uncover growth opportunities and referrals within existing customer accounts by engaging champions and decision-makers through targeted outreach. Focus on building advocacy, expanding use cases, and identifying areas where our solutions can drive additional value. 
  • Bring a proven track record of securing meetings through outbound success and bring confidence in strategic partner outreach. 
  • Maintain 100%+ NRR with accounts by ensuring retention of all existing revenue while driving account growth through expansion, advocacy, and product adoption.
  • Proactively manage relationships, ensuring partners achieve measurable outcomes and long-term value from our solutions. Shape outcomes, not just react, by anticipating risks, designing action plans, and guiding partners toward success milestones.
  • Ensure clear communication of the impact our platform delivers. Conduct strategic online presentations and product conversations. 
  • Log all activity (outreach, opportunities, revenue, and next steps) in Vitally and keep all systems accurate and up to date.
  • Discover and surface new product opportunities by listening to partner needs, analyzing trends, and sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
  • Address pain points with clarity and purpose, demonstrating how our solutions solve critical challenges and create competitive advantage.
  • Be accountable to results and metrics, tracking partner health, retention, and growth while consistently driving improvements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certification.
