ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Partner Strategy & Programs Manager to build and launch a world-class partner engagement experience. You’ll own the creation of a new partner portal—from vendor selection to cross-functional execution and launch—serving as the connective tissue between our partners, marketing, operations, and sales teams.
As the right hand to the VP of Partners, you’ll drive the evolution of our partner programs—covering incentives, certification, enablement, and revenue diversification. You’ll constantly ask: What is it like to be a VAST partner? And how do we make it better?
What You’ll Do
- Lead development and launch of a new partner portal (vendor selection, project management, internal coordination).
- Define and evolve partner programs, working across incentives, training, enablement, and certifications.
- Act as the business architect for partner systems integration (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with channel managers, GSI & OEM leaders, marketing, and RevOps.
- Serve as a strategic partner to alliances managers—helping them shape deal structures and partner engagement.
- Own partner-facing communications, and frame business requirement documents for negotiations.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partner strategy or partner programs at a technology vendor.
- Proven experience owning partner program development and system integrations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to manage complex initiatives from idea to launch.
- Excellent communication skills and a partner-first mindset.
- Experience in program negotiations and drafting business requirement documents.
