Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
- Build and manage relationships with system integrators, UAS manufacturers, AAM OEMs and operators, and technology partners developing GBDAA solutions that enable BVLOS flight operations.
- Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities with key accounts where Echodyne’s radar delivers critical detect-and-avoid capabilities.
- Identify internal and external support needed to cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives within prospective partners and customers.
- Lead the development of partner profiles, including partner needs, issues, hopes, and biases.
- Conduct high-level conversations with aviation program managers, UAS operators, and technical stakeholders to position Echodyne as the preferred radar solution for GBDAA.
- Conduct on-site overviews and training of the product and represent Echodyne at conferences and test sites.
- Deep understanding of AAM, BVLOS and GBDAA operations and the broader UAS ecosystem.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through both partner and direct sales channels.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Ability to develop a partner plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategic plan.
- Experienced in owning meetings/presentations at executive levels.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- Bachelor of Science degree; preferably in Engineering/Science discipline (with MBA a plus).
- Experience with BVLOS flight operations, detect-and-avoid systems, or UAS integration.
- Familiarity with UAS traffic management, airspace integration, or FAA regulatory frameworks (Part 107, Part 91, ASTM standards).
- Expertise with RF and radar technology.
- Experience with UAS solutions and hardware.
- 5 years (minimum) of full-cycle, complex partner and channel sales
- 2 years of experience representing technical hardware solutions
