What you will do
- Reporting to the VP, Worldwide Channel Sales you will develop a comprehensive partner management strategy in the United States, aimed at nurturing relationships with System Integrators and resellers, driving market expansion and revenue growth acceleration.
- Managing a regional quota, you will lead the recruitment, training and ongoing support of System Integrators and resellers to ensure they are enabled to co-sell Sysdig solutions.
- You will collaborate with System Integrators and Sysdig teams to design go-to-market strategies, co marketing campaigns and sales empowerment projects.
What you will bring with you
- 5+ years experience building partnerships with System Integrators and resellers in the United States in the technology industry
- Domain expertise with one of the following: open source software, cloud security, visibility, and monitoring software, Enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience working with multiple industry teams (BFSI, Government) and solutioning teams of most prominent System Integrators and resellers
- Track record overachieving sales goals in a startup environment

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $210,000 and $263000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
