Role OverviewWe are seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to own and expand relationships with our EMR and PM vendor partners. This role is critical in strengthening Inbox Health’s ecosystem, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring seamless integrations that deliver value to clients and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned EMR and PM partners; build strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership, product, and commercial teams.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities to expand mutual client adoption.
- Integration Success: Work closely with Inbox Health product and engineering teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver integration projects that align with partner roadmaps and client needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for each partner (pipeline, revenue contribution, integration adoption, partner satisfaction) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partner relationships are leveraged effectively in the field.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on EMR/PM market trends, competitor activity, and partner developments to inform strategy.
Success Metrics- Expansion of active PM/EHR integrations and partner revenue contribution.
- Increased joint pipeline from partner co-marketing/co-selling activities.
- High satisfaction and retention of partner relationships.
- Demonstrated impact on practice adoption, NRR, and ARR growth through partner channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or EMR/PM vendor ecosystem.
- Proven track record of growing technology partnerships and executing joint go-to-market activities.
- Strong understanding of EMR/PM systems, healthcare workflows, and the importance of integrations in the provider ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
