We are looking for a Partner Operations & Incentives Manager to join our growing Partnerships team. In this highly visible role, you’ll support the operational backbone of Webflow’s partner account organization, agency ecosystem, and incentive programs.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Manager of Partner Programs and work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to ensure agency partners are equipped, motivated, and rewarded to drive growth. This role blends strategic execution with data-driven insights to scale one of our most important revenue segments.

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. As a Partner Operations & Incentives Manager, you’ll be responsible for…
- Operational Support
- Own day-to-day operational processes and tooling for the Partner Account Management team
- Maintain and optimize systems for lead routing, deal registration, CRM hygiene, and pipeline visibility
- Act as the connective tissue between Partner Account Managers, Partner Programs, and cross-functional teams
- Partner Incentives & Performance
- Manage implementation and tracking of partner incentives and rewards programs
- Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to model incentive structures and measure ROI
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to highlight partner performance and incentive outcomes
- Data & Metrics
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting on partner health, revenue contribution, incentive engagement, and ecosystem trends
- Build automated reporting to empower partner-facing teams
- Create and maintain executive-level reporting to shape partner strategy and investment
- Executive Communications & Enablement
- Prepare executive-ready updates, QBR materials, and board-level summaries
- Support enablement initiatives by delivering process documentation, training materials, and internal communications

About you:Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Strategy at a SaaS or GTM-focused organization
- Highly proficient in Salesforce, CRM workflows, reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets

- Are familiar with partner programs, incentive models, and agency ecosystems (strong plus)

- Have experience with tools like Crossbeam, PartnerStack, Impartner, or other PRM platforms
- Have worked with digital agencies or consultancies
- Have exposure to LMS systems and enablement infrastructure
