About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll own partner marketing end-to-end, building the programs, content, and enablement that turn our partner ecosystem into a multiplier for pipeline and growth.

What You'll Do

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline and maximizes co-marketing ROI. This is a high-impact, cross functional role working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Expect to:

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic, tech, reseller, and referral partners to expand market reach and drive qualified pipeline.

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for key partner accounts, aligning on goals, timelines, and deliverables across every initiative.

  • Own partner event strategy from virtual activations to Tier 1 conferences, ensuring execution that maximizes awareness and ROI.

  • Create joint content — case studies, solution briefs, blogs, and white papers — that articulates combined value propositions for partner audiences.

  • Build partner-facing assets, toolkits, and enablement resources in collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.

  • Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, building visibility and accountability across the go-to-market org.

  • Maintain a consistent communication cadence with partners on product updates, marketing activities, and time-sensitive joint initiatives.

About You

You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities — you're equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You challenge assumptions, build strong relationships across organizations, and know how to tell stories that resonate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the residential construction industry, including familiarity with the builder/contractor ecosystem and supply chain.

  • A proven track record developing and executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to internal and external audiences.

Working at Higharc

Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
