Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing our partner marketing strategy across the North America partner ecosystem, including systems integrators (SIs) and GSIs spanning the to, through, and with partner motions.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Support North America partner marketing strategy and annual joint marketing plan with sales, marketing, and partner leadership, including target verticals, use cases, and mutual pipeline commitments

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and partner-facing content with System Integrator Partners to drive pipeline and awareness

  • Own a clear Market Development Fund (MDF) operating model (intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals) and invest in the activations that produce the highest ROI

  • Support planning and execution of Workato's partner-facing events (Partner Kick Off, Partner Day, Partner Advisory Board)

  • Track and report on partner marketing performance against ARR, ROI, and pipeline goals, partnering with Sales, Partner, Enablement, and Marketing Ops to keep programs aligned and on schedule

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, channel marketing, or partner ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies and experience managing partner relationships or alliances

  • Experience developing marketing content, campaigns, enablement materials, and event programs

  • Proven ability to plan and execute partner-driven events and initiatives

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, tracking ROI, and optimizing marketing programs

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives from concept through execution

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams
