SUMMARY

Wiz is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our channel partner marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Partner Sales team, regional Field Marketing leads, and key channel partners to drive joint demand generation and pipeline growth.

You’ll be responsible for executing go-to-market activities with our channel ecosystem — from building campaigns with strategic partners to enabling geo teams to activate programs that resonate locally. This is a cross-functional role that sits within the Field Marketing organization, focused on aligning global partner strategy with regional execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and execute scalable marketing programs with channel partners to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Partner Sales team to understand regional priorities and identify top channel partners to activate.
  • Collaborate with regional Field Marketing leads to localize partner initiatives and drive execution in each geo.
  • Support the creation of co-marketing materials, partner campaign kits, and event toolkits to enable repeatable execution.
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, providing insights to improve future programs.
  • Help ensure alignment between partner strategy, field execution, and go-to-market goals.
  • Manage partner participation in Wiz-hosted and partner-led events — including webinars, executive briefings, and demand gen campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B partner or field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem (resellers, distributors, GSIs, MSPs, etc.).
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you're a connector and a doer.
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action and results.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$120,000$165,000 USD
