About Paxos

Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it.

We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Stripe.

About the team

Marketing operates at the dynamic intersection of product development, growth, communications, and design, fostering a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. With the launch of the Global Dollar Network, we play a critical role in communicating product benefits and needs across a range of partners and developing collaborative go-to-market plans that expand the network effect. This role offers significant visibility, working closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions, including product, growth, and other strategic partners.

About the role

Shape the future of enterprise stablecoin adoption!

Paxos, alongside dozens of Global Dollar Network partners, are working to create the next era of enterprise stablecoin adoption with an open network that is transparent, trustworthy, and built to be more rewarding for the businesses that drive adoption.

We’re seeing a Partner Marketing Lead to help us build a more powerful Global Dollar Network. You’ll own partner marketing strategy and execution for our next-generation assets and stablecoins, partnering with leading companies around the globe to shape user experience, activate programs, and drive awareness and adoption.

What you'll do

  • Define Partner Marketing Strategy: Drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of partner marketing strategies spanning multiple segments. Use market and partner insights to align programs with key business objectives, and to develop shared goals and investment frameworks.
  • Develop Compelling Campaigns: Own the end-to-end design and roll-out of partner co-marketing campaigns, working with partners to identify unique offerings, messaging needs and incentive programs that drive deals to close and enable end-user adoption. Analyze market, customer, and partner data and feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Partner Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with marketing teams from our partners, support new network members as they onboard GTM teams and understand best practices for launching products built on Paxos infrastructure and/or stablecoins. Build alignment and trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across Paxos and partner organizations.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and executive teams to maintain open feedback loops on leads, pipeline, and program results. Communicate context and strategy clearly at all levels, fostering understanding, alignment, and momentum. Adapt messaging to the audience and ensure timely follow-through and transparency in joint initiatives.

About you

  • 9+ years of experience, with the bulk of your experience being in B2B enterprise marketing, and ideally partner marketing
  • Expertise in fintech, financial services, or blockchain
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to align cross-functional teams
  • Ability to collaborate and align with senior stakeholders
  • History of driving alignment and action across external partners
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment

Pay and benefits

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$178,174$209,617 USD

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
