Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 20,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds-with a fresh raise on the horizon-we're entering a phase of serious scale.
As a Partner Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Partner Marketing Manager, and play a key role in supporting Engrain's growing partner ecosystem by ensuring our marketing programs, content, and resources are executed with excellence. You'll help manage the flow of partner communications, coordinate updates to shared resources, and report on engagement across campaigns. This role is perfect for a highly organized marketer who wants to sharpen their skills in partner programs while contributing to visible results across the business.
What you'll do...
  • Support the execution of partner marketing campaigns, including events, digital initiatives, and co-marketing programs
  • Maintain and update partner-facing resources such as directories, content libraries, and collateral
  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of content from partners for use in co-branded materials, press releases, and campaigns
  • Draft and prepare marketing content for partner communications, announcements, and promotional activities
  • Track and report on partner engagement and campaign performance across email, web, and social channels
  • Ensure partner marketing materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with Engrain's brand standards
  • Manage partner data and build audience segments for email campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and effective communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and buy-in of partnership marketing initiatives
  • Assist in partner onboarding, ensuring new partners have access to marketing resources and are effectively integrated into our ecosystem.

Requirements
What you offer us...
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or program coordination, ideally in SaaS or technology. Multifamily experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Asana experience, a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms for email building & segmentation, content management, and analytics. Hubspot experience, a plus.
  • Comfortable with light content editing and basic graphic tools to prepare partner-facing materials
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong interest in partner and B2B marketing
  • Awareness of emerging marketing technologies, including the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and scale campaigns
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (like Salesforce) for managing partner data and tracking interactions

What we offer you...
  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $57,000 - $70,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
  • Various health, dental, and vision insurance plans to choose from
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Up to 18 days annually of PTO & 10 holidays per year
  • Dog-friendly office
  • 401k match up to 4 percent
  • Annual reimbursement for learning & growth opportunities through our Grow450 program
  • On-site amenities include a professional fitness center, flexible & modern workspace, coffee bar, happy hour taps & team member lounge

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
