The Partner Manager will build and execute Factbird's North America Partner Strategy, developing strategic relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
Factbird helps manufacturers make production smarter, simpler, and more transparent. Our manufacturing intelligence platform connects machines, people, and processes to uncover hidden potential—improving efficiency, reducing waste, and accelerating digital transformation.
As we continue scaling across North America, we’re looking for a Partner Manager who can build our partner ecosystem from the ground up—developing relationships that expand Factbird’s reach and drive measurable revenue impact.
About the Role
This is a foundational commercial role for Factbird in the U.S. You’ll design and execute the North American Partner Strategy, establish relationships with System Integrators, Automation Solution Providers, and Technology Alliances, and build the internal structure to scale these partnerships.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal point—with strong product-market fit and accelerating enterprise demand — but no established partner program yet. Success will mean creating structure, bringing your existing network to the table, and building something scalable that drives pipeline and revenue in 2026 and beyond.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a self-starter with a deep industrial network who enjoys combining strategic design with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own Factbird’s North America Partner Strategy — from initial framework to execution and measurable results.
- Leverage an established professional network across industrial automation, IIoT, and digital manufacturing to identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with System Integrators, Consulting Firms, OEMs, and Technology Providers in key verticals (Food & Beverage, CPG, Industrial, and Packaging).
- Define the partner engagement model: co-selling, integration, deployment, and service delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Design enablement programs — training, onboarding, incentives, and tiering models to ensure scalability.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support go-to-market campaigns with Marketing and Product teams.
- Represent Factbird at industry events and partner forums to strengthen our brand and expand our reach.
- Track and report performance using defined KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, and ARR impact.
About You
You’re entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and deeply connected within the manufacturing and automation ecosystem. You can build structure where none exists and have a proven ability to turn partnerships into revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Strategic Alliances within Industrial SaaS, Automation, or IIoT.
- Established and active network of relationships with System Integrators, Automation Vendors, or Consulting Firms in North America.
- Demonstrated success in building partner programs from scratch and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, OEE, MES, and digital transformation.
- Skilled at navigating both technical and executive audiences to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with minimal structure and high autonomy.
- Ability to travel across the U.S. to meet partners, attend events, and support joint opportunities.
Why Factbird?
At Factbird, we’re a team of innovators focused on impact, not hierarchy. You’ll join a global, growth-minded organization backed by a proven product, strong leadership, and a culture built on trust and autonomy.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
- Flexible, remote work setup
- Internet reimbursement and your choice of tech equipment
- Structured onboarding and clear development path
- Cross-regional collaboration with global colleagues
- Company-wide events and team offsites
