The Opportunity

UJET is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Manager, GTM & Activation to serve as the critical "bridge" in our Jetstream partner model. This is a hybrid role that combines Relationship Management for our Technology ecosystem with Activation & Enablement leadership for the entire partner organization.

For Technology partners (like Kustomer), you are the face of UJET. For Resellers and TSDs, you are the expert trainer who makes them "revenue ready."

What You Will Do

Relationship Management (Technology & Alliances Focus)

  • Primary Relationship Owner: You are the dedicated Relationship Manager for Technology, Referral, and Alliance partners (e.g., Kustomer, Integrated ISVs).
  • Alliance Strategy: Drive the quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint go-to-market planning with these partners to ensure UJET remains top of mind and a preferred partner

Activation & Enablement Delivery (Global Scope)

  • The "Activation Engine" for All: While you do not relationship-manage TSDs or Resellers, you own the delivery of their activation.
  • Training Execution: You are responsible for ensuring that every partner—whether a TSD, a VAR, or a Tech Alliance—is trained, certified, and competent in pitching UJET.
  • Revenue Readiness: Your goal is to move partners from "Signed" to "First Deal Registration" as quickly as possible. You will run the webinars, certification boot camps, and enablement sessions required to achieve this.
  • AI/Spiral Fluency: Specifically focus on upskilling the ecosystem on the "AI-First" narrative, ensuring partners can effectively position Spiral against legacy competitors.

Operational Excellence & Internal Communication

  • Internal Visibility: You are the voice of the partner internally. Proactively communicate new partner integrations, wins, and activation milestones to the wider UJET Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Launch Operations: Support the launch of new partners by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Ops to ensure portal access, deal registration accounts, and sandbox environments are configured correctly.
  • Program Alignment: Guide partners through the Jetstream Partner Program structure, ensuring they understand requirements and benefits.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in an Alliances, Partner Management, or Partner Enablement role, preferably within a SaaS, CCaaS, or Enterprise Software company.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations) to help operationalize technical partner onboarding and joint development planning.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to lead training sessions and present complex value propositions to diverse audiences (from Sales VPs to Solution Engineers).
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly under the VP of Channel Sales while supporting the broader strategic goals of the Business Development organization.

Compensation: Annual US Hiring Range: $115,000 - $150,000*

*Final placement within this range will depend on the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level and is inclusive of salary and variable compensation, where applicable.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
