Overview 

The Data Partner Growth Director is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance market presence. This role involves identifying potential data partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration to achieve mutual goals.In collaboration with Leadership, establish partner strategies aimed at increasing revenue through new client acquisition. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, ensuring ongoing collaboration and communication.  

Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement partnerships and alliances strategies to drive growth and revenue across all channels. Our sales strategy should consistently encompass our strategic partners to ensure ultimate collaboration and maximize revenue potential.    
  • Leverage a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions and solutions. 
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and agency overview, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the differentiators of our agency.   
  • Maintain awareness of key industry players and trends – including how competitors and potential partners are using strategic partnerships – resulting in recommendations for targeted initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and sales.  
  • Establish lead generating activities internally and externally along strategic touch points with top key partner contacts (e.g., QBRs, monthly syncs with partner leadership, onsite visits, etc.)    
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the partnership. Regularly analyze and report on partnership performance to the leadership team.   
  • Evaluate and consult on potential events and other partner engagements we should take on, keeping our high-level strategy in mind.   
Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in data sales, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles.   
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and identify business development and partnership opportunities within ecosystem partners (Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Domo, etc.).  
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and understand complex technical concepts.  
  • Critical thinking and listening skills; ability to evaluate opportunities strategically and ensure they connect and deliver against goals.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Strong project management skills.  
Physical Requirements 
  • Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer.

  • Travel will be required  
Compensation Range: $120,000 - 135,000 annually 

Please note that compensation packages are finalized after the interview process is concluded. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means it is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated for this role.
