Overview
We are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of partner enablement programs. This role is partner facing, and is responsible for equipping our partner ecosystem with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to effectively position, sell, and deliver our solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in channel/alliances, enablement, or sales training, with a passion for building scalable programs that drive partner performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enablement Strategy: Design and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned with business and channel goals.
  • Onboarding Programs: Build and manage partner onboarding frameworks to ensure quick ramp-up for new partners.
  • Training & Certification: Develop scalable training programs (live, virtual, on-demand) including product, sales, technical, and solution-based learning.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and alliances teams to create sales plays, playbooks, battlecards, and other partner-facing materials.
  • Partner Communications: Own regular communications to partners (newsletters, webinars, partner portal updates) to ensure engagement.
  • Tooling & Platforms: Manage partner enablement tools (LMS, partner portals, certification systems) and track adoption/usage.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for enablement (training completions, certification rates, influenced revenue, partner satisfaction) and report progress to leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align enablement programs with company priorities.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather partner feedback on enablement needs and continuously improve programs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, alliances, or channel management roles (preferably in SaaS/tech).
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, ISVs, distributors).
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, both live and digital.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to measure, analyze, and present enablement impact.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools (e.g., Skilljar LMS, Wistia video hosting, Goldcast webinars, Salesforce CRM, or similar) and partner portals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Enablement materials are consistently used in partner-led opportunities.
  • Revenue influenced by trained partners grows.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$105,000$140,000 USD
