🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.

Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.

We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.

Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.

We are looking for our first Partner Enablement Manager. Partners are Aikido’s ultimate multiplier engine. We need a hands-on builder to write, design, and systemize high-impact enablement content that turns partners into active selling machines, zero fluff, zero long read PDFs, just pure pipeline velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Create (co)-brandable pitch kits, value props, playbooks, and battle cards from scratch

  • Turn dense technical product updates into bite-sized "learning pills" and LMS content

  • Systemize partner onboarding to get teams pitching, demoing, and registering deals fast

  • Decide which product updates trigger instant pipeline versus routine cadence drops

  • Deliver 1:1 enablement for Tier 1 partners and build self-serve systems for Tier 3

  • Own core metrics: activated sellers, certifications, time-to-first-deal-reg, and win rates

  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs and content from scratch

  • Hands-on doer with a proven portfolio of partner-facing sales content and battle cards

  • Expert at creating punchy, bite-sized learning formats (no longread PDFs)

  • Ability to synthesize complex cybersecurity topics into crisp, high-converting messaging

  • Independent operator who knows how to structure and distribute enablement without hand-holding

  • Based in Ghent HQ or Chicago HQ

What you can expect

  • Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.

  • Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.

  • Top-tier tech pay and equity.

  • High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.

  • Flexibility in working hours.

  • A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.

We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
