We are looking for a Partner Development Manager who will join the MSP sales team and will be responsible for hunting net new MSPs, growing existing Partner accounts, engaging with and building strong relationships with them, and ultimately driving their DNSFilter revenue. Qualified candidates have experience as a Partner Development Manager with specific expertise in partner account management, have recently worked with MSPs and/or MSSPs, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with helping them grow their businesses.

Reporting to the Vice President of MSP & Channel Sales, you will be the main point of contact for a list of both established and new Partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Technical Support to ensure partners are experiencing excellent outcomes and can grow with DNSFilter.

Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, small to mid-sized SaaS start-up or scale-up. This is a full-time role with a preference for candidates in the Greater Tampa Bay, Florida area.

At DNSFilter You Will: 

  • Hunt for, Develop and Grow, Manage, and Nurture new and existing partner relationships to meet and exceed a monthly quota.
  • Evangelize corporate messaging, demonstrate a unique value proposition, and establish key competitive differentiators.
  • Manage fast-paced sales cycles while also navigating long-term strategic engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal lead generation resources to establish a pipeline of business and expansion opportunities.
  • Attend Partner events, tradeshows, and Industry events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Constantly foster strong communication and relationships with Sales Engineering and other cross-functional teams in efforts to create a cohesive selling process and customer experience.
  • Work in conjunction with MSP and Channel resources to ensure the success and strength of Strategic Partners and MSP and Channel relationships.
  • Proactively ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts are on track to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Consistently perform ongoing business reviews with Partners to understand their unique business and their DNSFilter usage, and work with them to consistently add Customer accounts.


Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of recent and successful experience at a Cybersecurity SaaS organization, selling to new MSPs and growing existing MSP accounts
  • 5+ years of recent and successful experience in SaaS sales, managing the full sales cycle, from hunting to closing
  • Successful and recent experience in pipeline generation, closing sales, expansion sales, and a strong history of meeting and exceeding quotas and key performance metrics
  • Successful and recent experience building very strong relationships across MSP partner organizations, ultimately growing revenue
  • Very strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the proven ability to problem solve, convey, and relate ideas and solutions to Partners and their Customers
  • Strong ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs, strong initiative, and creativity applied through SaaS technology
  • Successful and recent experience excelling in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and a consistent willingness to be proactive and perform to generate revenue
  • Successful and recent experience and a strong aptitude for learning new technical content

  • Experience/Understanding of security, identity, and access management
  • BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience

DNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is an opportunity to advance your compensation based on performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets. Our Talent Team can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
